1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to publicly screen the film He Calls Me Daughter (“Film”) for ministry purposes within Licensee’s organization. This license is valid for the church size category selected at purchase.

 
2. Permitted Use

Licensee is permitted to:
Exhibit the Film to audiences within their church or ministry setting
Promote the screening event locally (including social media, email, and church announcements)
Host discussion groups or ministry gatherings in connection with the Film
 
3. Restrictions

Licensee may NOT:
Upload, stream, or broadcast the Film online or on television
Copy, duplicate, or distribute the Film in any format
Share access links or files outside of their organization
Charge admission for profit
 
4. License Term

This license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, or for up to three (3) screenings, whichever occurs first.
 
5. Delivery of Film

The Film will be provided via a secure digital link or other authorized format. Licensee is responsible for ensuring proper playback capability.
 
6. Payment

This license is granted upon receipt of full payment. All fees are non-refundable.
 
7. Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Film. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Film in any way.
 
8. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any technical issues, event disruptions, or damages arising from the use or exhibition of the Film.
 
9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and/or using the Film, Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
