Grant of License\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLicensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to publicly screen the film He Calls Me Daughter (“Film”) for ministry purposes within Licensee’s organization. This license is valid for the church size category selected at purchase.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e2. Permitted Use\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLicensee is permitted to:\u003cbr\u003eExhibit the Film to audiences within their church or ministry setting\u003cbr\u003ePromote the screening event locally (including social media, email, and church announcements)\u003cbr\u003eHost discussion groups or ministry gatherings in connection with the Film\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e3. Restrictions\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLicensee may NOT:\u003cbr\u003eUpload, stream, or broadcast the Film online or on television\u003cbr\u003eCopy, duplicate, or distribute the Film in any format\u003cbr\u003eShare access links or files outside of their organization\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCharge admission for profit\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e4. License Term\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, or for up to three (3) screenings, whichever occurs first.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e5. Delivery of Film\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Film will be provided via a secure digital link or other authorized format. \u003cstrong\u003eLicensee is responsible for ensuring proper playback capability.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e6. Payment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis license is granted upon receipt of full payment. All fees are non-refundable.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e7. Ownership\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLicensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Film. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Film in any way.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e8. Limitation of Liability\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLicensor shall not be liable for any technical issues, event disruptions, or damages arising from the use or exhibition of the Film.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e9.
